Scenario
You receive an error message when starting IFP containing the text "Cannot Connect to IFP System Directory".
Cause
This indicates either:
- A problem with your access permissions to the IFP System Folder (NAS Share).
- A problem with the IFP Configuration Settings. This is unlikely as these are very rarely changed.
Solution
As the IFP System Folder is hosted locally, AJB Systems cannot resolve this issue. You must contact your local Help Desk for further assistance.
Note that your security settings may mean that you are unable to view the IFP Configuration Settings.
