How to Contact Support
In order for us to assign your request to the most appropriate person, please create a support ticket by:
- Submitting a request via the IFP Help Centre (recommended)
- or -
- Via Chat on any page of the IFP Help Centre
- or -
- Sending an email to email@example.com
We kindly request that you do not email support issues directly to individuals, as this may create unnecessary delays in responses if the individual concerned is unavailable. Our support system is closely monitored by our support team.
Standard support is provided from Monday to Friday 0800-1800 UK time, excluding UK public holidays.
