As from 12th November 2018 there will be additional security requirements to ensure that you can view Help Centre articles and their contents correctly.
To view the IFP Help Centre you will need a browser that supports TLS 1.2, e.g., Chrome 30+, FireFox 27+, Internet Explorer 11, Safari 7+ as a minimum. We advise speaking to your Local IT team if you are using an older browser as we are unable to make these changes for you.
You will also need to be using IFP 3.3.6 or later (requires Microsoft .Net Framework 4.6.2) to allow for direct upload of database backups to Support.
