How To Change a Graph Type

When you create a graph in IFP, the default graph type is used according to data being plotted.  For example, an item comparison graph uses a line graph by default. You may select from a range of alternative graph types for each series.  Some graph types are suitable for mixing with others e.g. you may wish to present data from one series with a line graph, but other series with a column graph.

To change a Graph Type for an individual series:

1. Open the graph you wish to customise.
2. Go to Graph > Series OR right-click and select Series.
3. Choose the Series to edit.
4. Select Types to change the graph type for the series. For example, change from Line to Bar graph.

Once a Graph Type has been changed, it is then possible to Customise the Graph Styles.
