How to Create and Edit Currencies

Any number of currencies can be created in each IFP database, with exchange rates between each currency.

To access the currencies available in your database:

1. From IFP Home select Databases / Files > Database Manager
2. Under Current Database, select Currencies / Exchange Rates > Currencies
3. The currencies currently available are listed
   
   
4. Select Properties to view or amend the Currency Name
   

Note: The base currency (i.e. the input currency) of the current database cannot be edited

Add a New Currency

1. If a new currency is required, click Add
2. Once the currency is created, edit exchange rates between this and other currencies.
