Overview
The Crosstabulation Definition Manager allows you to create, edit and delete Crosstabulation Definitions.
To access the Crosstabulation Definition Manager:From IFP Home select Reporting > Tools > Crosstabulation Definition Manager.
Organising Using Folders
Crosstabulation Definitions can be stored under either Public Files (visible to everyone) or My Files (visible only to you). You may create sub-folders to further organise your crosstabulation definitions e.g. General Health, Womens Health.
Add
Creates a new Crosstabulation Definition and launches the Crosstabulation Definition Editor. Use the drop-down list to Add a new Folder.
Delete
Deletes the selected Crosstabulation Definition.
Warning: Be careful when deleting or moving crosstabulation definitions as these may be referenced by Data Favourites. Deleting or moving them may cause Packages, Dashboards or Projects to no longer work.
Copy
Creates a copy of the selected crosstabulation definition in the same folder.
Properties
Allows you to view or edit the selected file in the Crosstabulation Definition Editor. Double-clicking a file is the quickest way to do this.
Tools
Allows you to either import a Crosstabulation Definition into the current folder or to export the selected Crosstabulation Definition from IFP. These options are often used to send/receive files to and from AJB Systems Support.
