Installing and using Cloud IFP

This topic is for those using Cloud IFP, 3.5.0 and later.

Installing

You will receive an email with subject Welcome to IFP from support@ajbsystems.net. This will have instructions for downloading and running the IFP installer. You can run this to install the IFP Desktop application on your Windows computer, to access your IFP Cloud. 

Your username and a temporary password are also included in the email. Use these to log in, then set your password.

Using IFP

Once installed, IFP can be found in the Windows Start Menu in a number of ways. You can also right-click on any of the IFP icons to Pin to Start or taskbar.

Windows Start Menu - bottom left of the screen:
