You may experience the following error when running a reporting wizard or opening the forecast editor.
In this case, you have been denied access to all 3 data files you chose to run a report.
Your IFP Local Administrator will need to follow these steps to correct your data file access:
- From IFP Home select Databases/Files > Database Manager > Current Database > User Profile
- Select the user and click on Properties > Data Files
- Correct the settings - an example is shown here:
- Press OK to save the User Profile
- You will need to log out and back in again to see the changes take effect.
