This topic is intended for those using IFP 3.3.8 to 3.4.5. Those using IFP 3.3.7 or earlier should see Database in Recovery Mode. It is not relevant to IFP Cloud.
Overview
This topic provides you with information on fixing your database should you ever receive a message that your database has one or more issues preventing it working correctly.
The warning messages will refer to one of the following:
- A MISSING SYS CONFIG FILE
- A MISSING DB CONFIG FILE
- A MISSING DB FOLDER
- SQL BEING DOWN
- SYSTEM FOLDER BEING UNAVAILABLE
Note: The most relevant fix and contact person to help with issues are listed in the Fix column. They will have direct access to your system and be able to determine the current issues.
If you are unable to get the relevant help, you can always Contact AJB Systems Support for further help.
You may find further information regarding the Database Error by viewing the Database Audit Log available via the Database Manager.
