I left a report open in IFP whilst I worked on something else. When I came back to IFP, I refreshed the report to see the latest changes. My session had expired, so I logged in again, but the report did not finishing refreshing.
After logging in again from the Your session has expired. Please log in again. box, IFP locks up trying to refresh item codes.
Sessions expire about two hours after your last action in IFP. If you know it has been this long since your last action (e.g. running the report), then close the report and open it again rather than refreshing. If you have pressed refresh and the Your session has expired. Please log in again. box appears, press Cancel to exit IFP, then log in again.
This will be fixed in a future version of IFP.
