All reports and graphs in IFP are created by following a sequence of pages in a wizard. The full sequence of steps is as follows:
- Data Selection Method
- Custom File Selection
- Report Definition
- Item Selection
- Reporting Options (Levels, Currency, Inclusions, Units)
- Graphing options (Graphing menu only)
- Crosstabulation Options (Crosstabulation Analysis only)
You may save individual sets of favourites in files for later reuse. These files may then be used to build Packages (reports and graphs) which may be executed using a minimal set of operations. Packages may then be used as components of Dashboards and Projects.
Note: When creating a report it is not currently possible to use a Code Conversion Table and Report Definition together as this will cause a conflict in IFP.
