This article is about the Reporting Options: Inclusions tab in the Reports Wizard. For more information on the other tabs in Reporting Options, see Levels Tab, Currencies Tab and Units Tab.
Data Type Inclusions
Only applies to Sales Planning and Analysis databases.
You may choose whether or not to include each available data type, normally Units, ASP and Value.
Note: For certain analyses e.g. Crosstabulation Analysis, only a single data type can be selected.
Values Options
You may opt whether or not to include lines containing only zero values for the files included in the report.
- The default option is Output Non-Zero Values Only. This option displays non-zero values (zeros are replaced with spaces).
- Exclude zero lines displays non-zero lines only (zeros are displayed as-is).
- Include zero lines displays all lines for the selected item codes.
Include Item Codes
This determines whether or not the item code is displayed. For example, in Sales Planning and Analysis database reports at item code level of detail, the option determines whether the item code itself is displayed or not.
Include Subtotal Codes
This determines whether or not codes are shown for each subtotal level.
